Well today wasn't a total loss, but I am focusing on the fact that I ate a sloppy joe with cheese today and biscuits and gravy too!

Exercise
I did my Firm Sculpting tape today - lower and upper body. I haven't done that tape in a long while. My legs were so sore I feared they would give out. The upper body isn't as challenging, so next time I think I'll use heavier weights.

Food
Breakfast - coffee, biscuits and gravy - the good news is I couldn't quite finish it, and only had one biscuit. Ok, the biscuit was a big one.
Lunch - grilled cheese on wheat, gumbo
Dinner - Sloppy joe with cheese, macaroni and cheese
Other - decaf green tea in evening, managed to not eat dessert for a change, and didn't snack because I was too busy. I drank adequate water, but not sure how much.

My husband Amzie talked about wanting to get in shape so we could do some hiking. I am going to try to get him to play golf with me this summer, since we bought him clubs last year, and to do some walking and hiking. I would love if he would go to the YMCA with me to do weight lifting, but he is not excited about it. We'll see.

The food wasn't great today, but I did keep my portions at a reasonable level. The exercise was great.
